PVDF膜即聚偏二氟乙烯膜(polyvinylidene fluoride)是蛋白质印迹法中常用的一种固相支持物。PVDF膜是疏水性的,膜孔径有大有小,随着膜孔径的不断减小,膜对低分子量的蛋白结合就越牢固。大于20KD的蛋白选用0.45μm的膜,小于20KD的蛋白选用0.22μm的膜。PVDF膜在使用时需预处理,用Methanol处理的目的是活化膜上的正电基团,使其更容易与带负电的蛋白结合。PVDF膜具有较高的机械强度,是印迹法中的理想固相支持物材料。
