本品专为快速高效封闭Western Blot转印膜而设计，采用无蛋白配方，避免抗体与封闭剂的非特异结合，最大程度地降低了背景。同时，本封闭剂无内源的磷酸化蛋白及生物素，对磷酸化特异抗体及生物素检测也不会产生干扰。本封闭剂不与蛋白产生非特异性结合，因而只封闭膜而不会屏蔽样品蛋白的抗体识别位点，大大提高了抗体检测灵敏度。实验表明，本封闭剂对许多抗体都有不同程度的信号增强作用。然而这种信号增强作用因抗体而异，对某一特定抗体，并不一定具有确定的信号增强作用。
注意：没有任何一种封闭剂能适合所有抗原和抗体的检测系统。如出现本试剂不适合的抗体，请替换使用其它种类的封闭剂，如BSA或脱脂奶粉等。
快速高效
5~10min快速完成封闭；只结合封闭转印膜而不结合蛋白，因此不会屏蔽样品蛋白的抗体识别位点，与传统的脱脂奶粉和BSA封闭相比信噪比更高节省抗体
使用本封闭液后，所需的最适抗体浓度低于常规使用浓度，可大大节省抗体使用量性能可靠
无蛋白配方，与抗体无交叉反应应用范围广
无磷酸化蛋白，无生物素，尤其适合磷酸化特异抗体及生物素检测系统方便快捷
无需稀释，即取即用完成转膜后，将转印膜放入到杂交孵育盒中，加入10~20mL无蛋白快速封闭液 ，置于摇床轻轻摇动，室温封闭约10min(即配即用)；
注意：使用本品通常封闭5~15min均可；经多种抗体的测试封闭10min的效果显著优于常规的BSA封闭1h。对于一些背景非常高的抗体，可以尝试将封闭时间延长为30~60min。如有特殊需要，也可4℃封闭过夜。
步骤2:封闭后的膜即可用于一抗孵育等后续实验。
