WJ101由15kDa~150kDa范围的9个蛋白条带组成(15kDa、20kDa、25kDa、35kDa、40kDa、50kDa、70kDa、100kDa、150kDa)。WJ102、WJ103和WJ106由10kDa~250kDa范围的11个蛋白条带组成(10kDa、15kDa、20kDa、25kDa、35kDa、40kDa、50kDa、70kDa、100kDa、150kDa、250kDa)。由低到高的分子量范围可监测电泳过程中的蛋白分离情况、判断目标蛋白的分子量,并且可以监测Western Blot实验中的转膜效率。25kDa、70kDa两条带结合有红色或绿色染料,更便于实时观察电泳进程、判断蛋白分子量,其中WJ106特别适用于近红外荧光成像系统。

与其它品牌同款产品相比,性价比非常高加样前在室温放置数分钟,解冻后,轻轻摇匀,以确保溶液混合均匀;
取用适量体积加样于凝胶孔,推荐用量为2~5μL/孔,可根据具体情况适当增减。
取用结束,盖上管盖,放回4℃或-20℃。
注:以上样5μL为例,WJ101、WJ102、WJ103及WJ106每个条带蛋白含量约为1μg~3μg。

1. 本品已包含上样缓冲液,直接使用,不可加热煮沸;
2. 为避免反复冻融及污染,可将本产品分装后,-20℃保存;
3. 预染蛋白质分子量标准仅用于分子量的近似参考,批次间差异约为5%;
4. 若使用近红外荧光成像系统,请选用WJ106;
5. 在低浓度凝胶中,低分子量条带将会与前沿共迁移而无法分出;
6. 在不同凝胶和缓冲液系统中,预染蛋白质的迁移率会有所差别,可用非预染蛋白质分子量标准进行校正,并按校正后的结果正常使用;
7. 蛋白Marker可能会与抗体发生非特异性结合,可以降低抗体浓度、减少孵育时长,以及减小蛋白Marker上样量来进行优化;
