本品用于蛋白质SDS-PAGE电泳时的蛋白上样操作。其采用新型配方,确保煮样后pH值为中性,避免蛋白降解。从-20℃取出后融化速度快,节省等待时间。采用新型还原剂,在保证强效还原性的同时,避免了β-巯基乙醇或DTT的臭味。

从-20℃取出后融化速度快,不粘稠无异味
采用新型还原剂,不含β-巯基乙醇或DTT,无令人不快的臭味1.使用时,在蛋白质样品中加入1/4体积本产品,混匀;
2.将混合物用沸水浴加热5~10min;
3.加热结束后,高速离心5min,上清即可用于电泳分析。如蛋白样品在加入上样缓冲液后,无不溶性残渣,则只需短暂离心,将混合液收集到管底即可。加热后,如果管盖上出现较多冷凝水,建议轻弹离心管将冷凝水和样品混合以后,再进行高速离心步骤,此举有助于降低上样样品浓度不均的现象。
1. 由于含有还原剂,使用本品上样的凝胶在银染时可能会发黄或出现条纹;
