本品是一种广谱磷酸酶抑制剂,高效抑制Serine/Threonine Phosphatase,Tyrosine Phosphatase, Acid Phosphatase,Alkaline phosphatase 等细胞内所含的磷酸酶。

多达8种的高效抑制成分,提供比同类产品(一般含3~4种抑制剂)更为全面的磷酸酶抑制能力含Sodium fluoride,Sodium orthovanadate,Sodium molybdate,Sodium tartrate,Imidazole,Sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate,β-Glycerophosphate,Cantharidin 等8种高效磷酸酶抑制剂。
1. 本品用于各种蛋白质含量或其活性分析实验(Western Blot,Co-IP,pull-down,IF,IHC 等),抑制磷酸酶的活性;
2. 将本品以1:100(体积比)的稀释比加入到目标溶液中(如细胞裂解液,蛋白提取液等)。
1. 当与蛋白酶抑制剂联用时,请不要使用含有EDTA的蛋白酶抑制剂,因为EDTA会严重影响 磷酸酶抑制剂混合液中某些成分的抑制效果。事实上磷酸酶抑制剂混合液中已含有多种螯合剂成分;
2. 本品为高浓度溶液,长期存放可能会出现微量晶体状沉淀,此为正常现象,不影响实验结果;
3. 不同来源的样品中磷酸酶含量各不相同,1:100为推荐的常规剂量。实际使用中,如发现磷酸酶含量较高,可适当提高磷酸酶抑制剂混合液的使用浓度;
